Current Main Activities

Global Maintenance & Plants Shutdown/Turnarounds:

  • Petromaint expands its market share in Global Maintenance works by adding Egyptian Propylene and Polypropylene Co. “EPPC” at Port Said & E-Methanex at Damietta to its customer’s base.
  • Petromaint executed successfully Plant Turnaround at Oriental Petrochemicals Co. ”OPC” - Ain Soukhna before its target date (May, 2010)  with a total of 420,000 Manhours.

 Also, Plant Turnaround at Egyptian Fertilizers Co. “EFC” - Ain   Soukhna has been executed before its target date (October, 2010) with a total of 720,000 Manhours.

  • Petromaint has been selected by Helwan Fertilizers Co. “HFC” to execute the Plant Turnaround by the end of November, 2010 based on the successful record achieved last two Turnarounds.
  • Petromaint executing Seven Global Maintenance Agreements via utilizing its qualified trained technical manpower equipped with tools and workshops in MIDOR refinery, SIDPEC, AMOC, ANRPC, ELAB, GPC Abu Sannan Fields, MIDWATER in addition to ELNG (mechanical activities).
  • Managing and executing Plants Shutdown/Turnaround for SIDPEC Units for Ethylene / Polyethylene , Utility plants, Midor Hydrocracker and Cocker units, AMOC process units, ANRPC units, Egyptian Alkyl Benzene “ELAB” units, Egyptian LNG, Abu Sannan Gas Plant (GPC) – Gas Turbines & AJAX Compressors.

Turbo-machinery Support Services 

  • Petromaint also providing the Operation/Maintenance for SOLAR Turbines, major inspection and overhaul works for Sulzer Turbines, AJAX compressors and Electricity Station at South Dabaa Petroleum Co.

Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS

  • Petromaint is the Leader Company in the Provision of software and engineering implementation of CMMS/EAMS for ELNG, AMOC, ANRPC, Petromaint head office & Midwater, MOPCO, DAPETCO, Propylene and Polypropylene, GPC (Abu Sannan) & AMRIYA.

Construction & Revamp Projects

  • Petromaint executing wide-range of tanks construction with various capacities in Amoc, PPC, Petroshahd, Vegas, Khalda, Gupco, Qarun, WASCO and Misr Petroleum Co.
  • Petromaint won an EPC contract at Wastani Petroleum Co. for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Supervision, Commissioning and Startup of The Compression Package.
  • Petromaint executes Installation of New Generation Package at Raml Field, Agiba.
